本文在跨文化口头交际能力的理论基础上,提出了英语学习者在跨文化交际实际运用过程中存在的主要问题,由于这些问题,常常造成交际失误,出现文化冲突,甚至文化休克,严重影响了交际效果,制约了学生交际能力的发展,形成了提高跨文化交际能力难以突破的“瓶颈”。因此,文章针对“瓶颈”所在,提出突破性策略,将有助于提高学习者跨文化交际的能力。
Based on the theory of intercultural communicative competence, this paper puts forward the main problems existing in the practical application of English learners in cross-cultural communication. Because of these problems, it often leads to communication errors, cultural conflicts and even cultural shocks. The effect of communication restricts the development of students’ communicative competence and forms a “bottleneck” that is difficult to break through in the ability to improve cross-cultural communication. Therefore, the article proposes a breakthrough strategy for the “bottleneck” and will help improve learners’ cross-cultural communication skills.
