《医疗事故处理条例》存在一些缺陷,导致医患纠纷此起彼伏,需要修改制定《医疗损害责任法》;应该严厉打击医闹行为,允许建立民间医疗事故鉴定组织,修改赔偿标准,对医患纠纷处理情况进行公示,实行医院院长医疗事故问责制,强调卫生行政部门的责任,防范和减少医患纠纷发生,公平公正处理纠纷,促进医患和谐。
