采用微波消解法对雷公藤进行消解制样,用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定了其常量及微量元素,并研究了常量及微量元素的含量特征。方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)<9%,回收率在90.0%—103.0%之间。结果表明,中药雷公藤中含有比较丰富的K、Ca、Fe、Mg、Mn、Zn等元素,对人体有害的微量元素Pb、Cd、As、Ag的含量甚微或未检出。雷公藤中Zn/Cu值为3—4.5,与肝癌患者血清中Cu高Zn低的现象相反,可能有助于调节患者体内Zn、Cu平衡而发挥抗肿瘤效果。用ICP-MS测定雷公藤中常量及微量元素的方法对评价其药用价值和了解其药理作用具有重要的意义。 Tripterygium wilfordii was digested by microwave digestion, and its constants and trace elements were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The content of the major and trace elements were also studied. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the method was <9% and the recovery was between 90.0% and 103.0%. The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine Tripterygium wilfordii contained abundant elements such as K, Ca, Fe, Mg, Mn, Zn and the trace elements Pb, Cd, As and Ag harmful to the human body had little or no detectable content. The value of Zn / Cu in Tripterygium wilfordii is 3-4.5, which is contrary to the fact that the high Zn content of Cu in serum of patients with liver cancer may help to regulate the balance of Zn and Cu in patients and exert the anti-tumor effect. ICP-MS determination of triptolides and trace elements in the method of evaluation of its medicinal value and understanding of its pharmacological effects of great significance.
