植物激素几乎在生长发育的各个过程及环境应答中发挥重要作用,也参与调控马铃薯块茎形成及作物淀粉合成。本研究利用外源添加的方式研究了ABA和GA3在试管薯形成中的作用,结果表明,GA3抑制试管薯形成而ABA促进结薯。GA3在低浓度(0.01μmol/L)下即抑制试管薯的形成,当浓度达到0.5μmol/L时不能形成试管薯;ABA可以有效促进结薯,减缓GA3对试管薯诱导的抑制作用,但不能使0.5μmol/L GA3处理结薯,说明GA是抑制结薯的主因,ABA是GA抑制效果的拮抗剂。此外,4%、6%和8%蔗糖MS培养基添加5μmol/L ABA后,试管薯淀粉含量分别增加50.0%、48.5%和34.8%。ABA处理显著提高试管薯淀粉含量,暗示ABA可能促进淀粉合成相关基因的表达。
Plant hormones play an important role in almost every process of growth and development and environmental response, and are also involved in the regulation of potato tuber formation and crop starch synthesis. In the present study, the effects of ABA and GA3 on the tube formation were investigated by exogenous addition. The results showed that GA3 could inhibit the formation of tube and ABA could promote tuber formation. GA3 could inhibit the formation of tube tubers at low concentration (0.01μmol / L), and could not form the tube tubers at the concentration of 0.5μmol / L. ABA could effectively promote tuber formation and slow down the inhibitory effect of GA3 on tube tuber induction, The treatment of 0.5μmol / L GA3 tuber, indicating that GA is the main inhibitory tuber, ABA is GA inhibitory effect of antagonist. In addition, after adding 5μmol / L ABA to 4%, 6% and 8% sucrose MS medium, the content of potato starch increased by 50.0%, 48.5% and 34.8%, respectively. ABA treatment significantly increased potato starch content, suggesting that ABA may promote starch synthesis related gene expression.
