本研究的目的是用制备分离的方法研究可可豆主要聚酚化合物。由于在单宁物质中有大量氧化聚酚化合物使个别组分的分离发生困难。提纯和分离制剂采用了制备纸上层析以及葡聚糖凝胶和聚酰胺柱色谱分析。
The purpose of this study was to study the main polyphenol compounds of cocoa beans using preparative separation methods. Due to the large amount of oxidized polyphenol compounds in the tannin material, separation of individual components is difficult. Purified and separated preparations were prepared on preparative paper chromatography and chromatographic analysis on Sephadex and polyamide columns.
