本文从高职航海类专业学生的就业现状着手,对高职航海类专业学生在就业中存在的一些问题进行了分析,进而从加强高职航海类院校师资建设,提高毕业生质量;做好高职航海类专业学生就业指导工作和强化校企合作,鼓励订单培养等方面提出相应的解决措施。
This paper starts with the employment status of maritime majors in higher vocational colleges, and analyzes some problems existing in the employment of maritime majors in higher vocational schools.
