我厂制造的校直模,需要加工长度在300~700mm,直径在φ27~φ33之间的半圆孔。过去,一般采用镗孔或用两面刃成型立铣刀加工。由于半圆孔的孔径小,又比较长。所以,采用上述两种加工方法都达不到埋想效果。针对以上情况,我们设计了一把刀头可绕轴转动的硬质合金机夹盘铣刀(图1).改在卧式铣床上加工。该盘铣刀由盘刀1、定位芯轴2、刀头3、螺钉4和楔块5组成,刀片材料选用适合加工淬硬钢的 YW 类硬质合金。使用时,可根据待加工孔径的大小选用外径 D
