作为一档周播的、只有30余人创作团队的谈话栏目,CCTV-7《乡约》从最初只能接办颁奖晚会,到独立承办节庆活动,再到创办大型公益性主题晚会,活动的规模越来越大,影响越来越广。对资源与人力的巨大需求和“势单力薄”的小栏目团队如何匹配?不断升级的活动规格与栏目相对固定的创作群体如何做到顺利对接?笔者以《乡约》栏目数年创办电视活动的实践为例,对此作一梳理。
