目的研究成人骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者下切牙区牙槽骨的形态特征。方法对28例成人骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者进行头颅侧位片以及CBCT锥体束计算机断层技术扫描拍摄,并对下切牙牙槽骨形态的各项指标进行测量分析。结果成人骨性Ⅲ类错下切牙区唇侧牙槽骨厚度均值明显小于对照组,P<0.05,根尖点距唇侧骨皮质距离较近(1.7±0.5)mm(P<0.01);成人骨性Ⅲ类错组LAH明显大于对照组,则唇侧牙槽附着高度较低(3.7±0.8)mm(P<0.01)。结论成人骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者的下切牙区牙槽骨唇侧厚度相对较薄,唇侧牙槽骨附着高度较低,临床上易发生“黑三角”以及骨开窗、骨开裂。
Objective To study the morphological characteristics of the alveolar bone in the lower incisor area of adult skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion patients. Methods Twenty - eight adult patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion were scanned with CBCT pyramidal tract computed tomography (CT) and computed tomography (CT). The indexes of alveolar bone morphology of inferior incisors were measured and analyzed. Results The average value of alveolar bone thickness at the labial side of the osteotomy Ⅲ group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The apical distance to the labial cortex was 1.7 ± 0.5 mm (P <0.01). The LAH of adult skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the labial alveolar attachment height was lower (3.7 ± 0.8) mm (P <0.01). Conclusions The thickness of alveolar bone in the lower incisor area of adult osteopathic class Ⅲ malocclusion is relatively thin, the labial alveolar bone has a low attachment level, which is clinically prone to “black triangle” and bone fenestration and bone Cracking.
