初次见到秦老师是去年3月为《申地城隍七百年》一文去城隍庙作采访。在此之前,秦老师是《上海消防》一位老作者,也是一位多产的作者,但对他我一直是只见其文未见其人。曾听说秦老师是出了名的直脾气,人特别顶真,在一次《消防法》颁布学习会上,他第一个在发言中指出消防法仍然有不少值得商榷的地方。又记得他的稿子每次都是用工整的隶书在文稿纸上誊写好的,所以我料想他可能是一个严谨的“老学者”。 Qin met for the first time in March last year as “City Shen seven hundred years,” a text to City God Temple for an interview.
