利用微型固定床反应器对结焦CRC-1催化剂进行再生反应,将再生产物甲烷化后导入氢火焰离子鉴定器分析产物浓度。在温度595~761℃、氧含量5.8%~20.9%、并消除内外扩散的条件下,得到产物浓度随时间变化的曲线。用线性回归法对结果进行回归,得到总消碳动力学方程和产物CO、CO2生成动力学方程。还考察了再生温度和氧分压对产物比(nCO2/nCO)的影响。结果表明,产物比随温度升高而降低,与氧分压无关;其随温度的变化规律与根据动力学方程得到的计算结果吻合。
A miniature fixed bed reactor was used to regenerate the coked CRC-1 catalyst. The regenerated product was methanated and introduced into a hydrogen flame ionization detector to analyze the product concentration. Under the conditions of temperature 595 ~ 761 ℃, oxygen content 5.8% ~ 20.9%, and the elimination of internal and external diffusion conditions, the product concentration curve with time. The results were regressed by linear regression, and the kinetic equations of total carbon elimination kinetics and products CO and CO2 were obtained. The effect of regeneration temperature and partial pressure of oxygen on product ratio (nCO2 / nCO) was also examined. The results show that the product ratio decreases with the increase of temperature and has nothing to do with the partial pressure of oxygen. The change law with temperature agrees well with the calculation results obtained according to the kinetic equation.
