传统的实训教学多强调终结性评价结果,存在着考评方法缺乏灵活性、内容缺乏全面性、时间的滞后性、给分随意性等问题。本文认为,为了提高学生的职业综合素质和就业竞争实力,高职商务英语实训应突出会计职业胜任能力,加大对技能的考核,延伸评价主体,拓宽评价内容。通过对学生展开形式多样的过程性评价,提升学生综合竞争能力。
The traditional practice teaching emphasis on the terminal evaluation results, there is a lack of flexibility assessment methods, the lack of comprehensive content, time lag, to sub-random issues. This paper argues that in order to improve students’ comprehensive professional qualifications and employment competency, business English training in higher vocational colleges should emphasize accounting professional competence, increase assessment of skills, extend the subject of evaluation and broaden the content of evaluation. Through the students in various forms of procedural evaluation to enhance the overall competitiveness of students.
