一般妇女的月经周期为28天左右,前后相差1～2天.安全期的计算可以从下次来月经前1天算起,倒数14天为排卵期,在排卵期前后4～5天内为易孕期,也就是不安全期,其他时间则为安全期。

一般妇女的月经周期为28天左右,前后相差1～2天.安全期的计算可以从下次来月经前1天算起,倒数14天为排卵期,在排卵期前后4～5天内为易孕期,也就是不安全期,其他时间则为安全期。但妇女可因生活环境、精神因素、健康状况而使排卵期发生变化,从而影响安全期的可靠性。尤其是那些月经周期不规则妇女,必须与其他方法相配合,才能正确掌握各人不同的排卵期,合理安排性生活.
