扶植新人、培育作者队伍是本刊编辑部的一项重要任务,尤其是对在校大学生研究能力的培养。当代大学生十分关注社会现实问题,积极开展相关研究,已具备了一定的科研能力。中国青年政治学院“智慧星火中青学子学术支持计划”就是专门为大学生设立的支持和鼓励他们的一个科研立项,他们成立课题组进行调查研究,至今已有六年的历史。本栏目摘编了2004年大学生部分优秀论文的主要观点,从中可以反映出大学生对社会、政治、经济领域中很多现实问题的看法、认识和理解。不管观点是否成熟,都可反映出他们积极参与改革开放事业的热情和思考。我们希望以此引起社会对他们更多的关注和支持。
Fostering new people and cultivating the author team is an important task of our editorial department, especially for the cultivation of research ability of undergraduates. Contemporary college students are very concerned about social reality, and actively carry out relevant research, already have a certain amount of scientific research capabilities. China Youth College of Political Science and the “Smart Spark Spark Academic Support Program for Junior Students” is a scientific research project set up specifically for college students to support and encourage them. They set up research groups to conduct investigations and studies and have six years of history. This column summarizes some of the main points of 2004 college students outstanding papers, which can reflect the students on the social, political, economic realm of many real-world views, understanding and understanding. Regardless of whether the views are mature or not, they can all reflect their enthusiasm and reflection in actively participating in the cause of reform and opening up. We hope this will arouse more concern and support from the community to them.
