通过对相关文献的研究述评,结合已有的用户调查数据,研究用户文献信息检索过程中的用户认知转移行为,认为用户的文献信息检索过程是用户认知与系统认知交互迭代的动态过程。在交互过程中,用户常常会发生认知转移行为。在此基础上研究3个问题:解析用户认知过程中的认知阶段,构建用户的认知过程模型;确定用户认知转移行为类型;分析影响用户认知转移的因素。
Based on the review of related literatures and the existing user survey data, this paper studies the user’s cognitive transfer behavior in the user information retrieval process, and considers that the user’s retrieval process of document information is the dynamic process of interaction between user’s cognition and system cognitive interaction . In the interaction process, users often occur cognitive transfer behavior. On this basis, we study three questions: to analyze the cognitive stage in the cognitive process of the user, to construct the cognitive process model of the user; to determine the types of cognitive transfer behavior; to analyze the factors that affect the cognitive transfer of the user.
