随着经济社会的不断发展,地方财政收入也在大幅度的增长,在这种情况下,国库现金盈余成为国库账户中资金运行管理的常规态势,如何做好地方现金的管理和运作也就成为人民银行经理国库的重点之一,同时也是地方政府关注的重要课题。基于此,本文对我国地方国库的现金管理战略选择进行了相关的分析和探究,以期为地方国库现金管理工作提供一定的参考。 With the constant development of economy and society, the revenue of local governments is also increasing substantially. Under this circumstance, the cash surplus of the state treasury has become the normal trend of capital operation and management in treasury accounts.
