IEC 61850、IEC 61850-7-410国际标准的相继颁布和实施,将为我国智能化水电站建设提供有力的技术支撑。文章阐述了IEC 61850标准的主要内容及特征,指出了IEC 61850标准的局限性;描述了智能化水电站信息平台的重要性和关键技术;介绍了水电站监控通信标准IEC 61850-7-410,列出了智能化水电站水力发电主要逻辑节点,对IEC 61850-7-410标准在智能化水电站监控中的应用进行了探讨。
The promulgation and implementation of IEC 61850 and IEC 61850-7-410 international standards will provide powerful technical support for the construction of intelligent hydropower stations in China. The article describes the main contents and features of IEC 61850 standard, points out the limitations of IEC 61850 standard, describes the importance and key technologies of intelligent hydropower station information platform, introduces the monitoring and communication standard of hydroelectric station IEC 61850-7-410, The main logical node of hydropower in intelligent hydropower station is discussed and the application of IEC 61850-7-410 standard in the monitoring of intelligent hydropower station is discussed.
