目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌(invasive ductal carcinoma,IDCa)中细胞分裂周期蛋白42(cell divisioncycle 42,Cdc42)、细胞粘附分子(Homing cell adhesion molecule variant6,CD44v6)及血管内皮生长因子(Vascuoarendothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Cdc42、VEGF、CD44v6在69例乳腺IDCa中的表达。结果在乳腺IDCa中Cdc42与VEGF的表达呈正相关(P<0.05),Cdc42与CD44v6的表达没有相关性(P>0.05),在乳腺IDCa中VEGF与CD44v6的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。Cdc42、VEGF、CD44v6在69例乳腺IDCa组织的阳性表达率分别为86.96%、88.41%、78.26%。Cdc42在有或无淋巴结转移组、不同病理分级组表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF在不同肿瘤直径组、不同临床分期组表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD44v6在有或无淋巴结转移组、不同肿瘤直径组、不同临床分期组表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Cdc42、VEGF、CD44v6在乳腺IDCa发生、发展中可能起协同作用,并可能成为判断预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the cell division cycle42 (Cdc42), cell adhesion molecule (MH4v6) and Vascular endothelial growth factor in invasive ductal carcinoma (IDCa). Expression of VEGF and Its Relationship with Clinicopathological Parameters. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Cdc42, VEGF and CD44v6 in 69 cases of breast IDCa. Results There was a positive correlation between Cdc42 and VEGF expression in breast IDCa (P<0.05). There was no correlation between Cdc42 and CD44v6 expression (P>0.05). There was a positive correlation between VEGF and CD44v6 expression in breast IDCa (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of Cdc42, VEGF, and CD44v6 in 69 cases of breast IDCa were 86.96%, 88.41%, and 78.26%, respectively. There was a significant difference in the expression of Cdc42 in patients with or without lymph node metastasis and in different pathological grades (P<0.05). The difference in expression of VEGF between different tumor diameter groups and different clinical stages was statistically significant (P<0.05); CD44v6 was With or without lymph node metastasis group, different tumor diameter group, different clinical stage group expression was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Cdc42, VEGF and CD44v6 may play a synergistic role in the occurrence and development of breast IDCa, and may be an indicator of prognosis.
