前言思维是人脑对客观事物间接的、概括的反映,它是通过两种信号系统的协同活动而实现的。一切技能动作都是在第一和第二信号系统相互作用调节下形成的。在运动技能形成过程中,学生的思维必须处于积极状态,才能进行分析、综合、比较、抽象、概括等。而思维活动对动作的掌握有很大影响,因此,我们在教学中除了多利用具体的、直接的形象刺激,即第一信号系统的刺激,如示范、技术图片、录象、电影等,还要充分发挥第二信号系统的作用。广泛运用启发式,强化思维训练。实践证明,思维训练对动作概念的理解、掌握,对技能动作的形成,对动作的质量等方面,都有重要现实作用。
Foreword Thinking is an indirect and general reflection of the human brain on objective things. It is achieved through the coordinated activities of two signaling systems. All skill movements are formed by the interaction of the first and second signaling systems. Extensive use of heuristics, strengthen thinking training. Practice has proved that thinking training on the concept of action understanding, mastery, the formation of skills movements, the quality of the movement and so on, have an important practical role.
