In this paper, human endometrium was transplanted into small plastic window of the cheek pouch of female golden hamster (Mesocricetus auratus), and the formation and growth of blood vessels were observed. Normal rats on the 7th day after transplantation, the blood vessels in the transplanted tissue reticulate; after ovariectomized 17β-estradiol and progesterone silicone tube buried rats, when the plasma hormone level equivalent to the human luteal phase level, the transplant Tissue vascular networks form approximately 24 hours earlier than normal animals. In normal animals and ovariectomized animals, the growth of endometrium in both proliferative and secretory phases reached the maximum on day 7 and gradually decreased after 9 days. This animal model provides a more scientific approach to the study of endometrial physiology.
