矿用聚氨酯硬质泡沫(RPUF)普遍用于煤矿井下,提高其阻燃和经济性保障安全生产。实验研究发现:复合型卤-磷系阻燃剂投入聚氨酯原料的体积分数为1/250时,其发泡膨胀系数与聚氨酯原料的程度相同。当卤-磷系阻燃剂比例为1∶2.5,且所占量是聚氨酯原料1/250份数时,阻燃聚氨酯碳化程度以及失重率均为最低,同时还得出其氧指数值最高,接近27左右,阻燃效果明显;烟密度等级具有随着投入卤-磷系阻燃剂比例的升高而降低的规律。
Mineral polyurethane rigid foam (RPUF) is commonly used in coal mines, to improve its flame retardant and economical to ensure safe production.
