对于本人股金在两千元以下的私方人员病假期间工资待遇办法,1956年11月24日“关于私方人员的疾病医疗和病假期间的工资待遇问题意见”中已有规定。根据实际情况,因工龄问题和非工会会员问题,病假工资不能解决他们病假期间的生活问题,为此,特重新作如下规定:计算私方人员病假期间工资吋,可根据生活困难情况或病假的时间长短,按照本人工资发给50%至70%,不必按工龄和非工会会员的标准计算。
