我公司在节电方面采用喷粉助熔工艺,降低冶炼电耗。喷粉助熔是利用煤粉与氧的强烈氧化作用产生的高温,加速电炉中钢铁料的熔化,从而节约冶炼电耗,从1992年3月份起,一炼钢在1号、9号炉上试验,共喷吹1200炉,据统计,原熔化期平均冶炼电耗380kWh/t,喷粉后降到313kWh/t,降低了67kWh/t,取得了显著的节电效果。这项工作目前在一炼钢、二炼钢逐步推广。同时,为了适应生产需要,我们还采取了扩装增容,扩大产量的方法降低电耗;用熔氧合一
