摘要目的研究使用超高场7.0 T MRI系统4.7 mm厚的直肠内线圈进行高分辨力T_2加权宫颈癌成像的可行性。方法 20例分期为Ⅰ_(B1)-Ⅱ_B的宫颈癌病人被纳入该可行性研究。治疗前行1.5 T MRI扫描。7.0 T MRI使用的外部传输/接收矩阵具有7个偶极天线和1个直肠内单极接收天线,评估不适阈。经过个性化的基于相位的B_1~+匀场后,完成T2加权快速自旋回波序列。结果Ⅰ_(B1)期宫颈癌病人9例,Ⅰ_(B2)期4例,Ⅱ_(A1)期1例,Ⅱ_B期6例。使用10分法进行不适阈评估。定位
Abstract Objective To study the feasibility of high-resolution T 2 -weighted cervical cancer imaging using a 4.7 mm thick rectal coil in a 7.0-gauge T MRI system. Methods Twenty patients with cervical cancer with stage Ⅰ_ (B1) -Ⅱ_B were included in the feasibility study. 1.5 T MRI scan before treatment. The external transmit / receive matrix used for 7.0 T MRI has 7 dipole antennas and 1 intrarectal unipolar receiving antenna to assess the discomfort threshold. After the personalized phase-based B_1 ~ + shimming, the T2-weighted fast spin echo sequence is completed.
