合成了新荧光试剂吡哆醛烟酰腙。详细研究了锰-H_2O_2-吡哆醛异烟酰腙动力学荧光新体系,发现催化氧化产物的荧光激发波长为350nm,发射波长为440nm,反应在pH9.5介质中进行。在固定时间下,锰量在0~50ng/ml范围内,荧光强度与锰量成正比,方法检出下限为0.05ng/ml,试验了34种离子存在下的影响,绝大部分离子允许量在250倍以上,说明该法有良好的选择性。方法直接应用于水样分析,结果令人满意。
Synthesis of a new fluorescent reagent pyridoxal nicotinyl hydrazone. The new fluorescence system of manganese-H_2O_2-pyridoxal isonicotinyl hydrazone was studied in detail. The fluorescence excitation wavelength of the catalytic oxidation product was 350 nm and the emission wavelength was 440 nm. The reaction was carried out at pH9.5. In a fixed time, the amount of manganese in the range of 0 ~ 50ng / ml, the fluorescence intensity is proportional to the amount of manganese, the detection limit of 0.05ng / ml, 34 kinds of ions were tested in the presence of most of the allowable amount of ions More than 250 times, indicating that the law has good selectivity.
