对位于浙江杭州钱塘江北岸滨海石灰性土壤地区黄化和正常樟树叶片营养状况年周期变化规律作了研究,结果发现黄化樟树叶片全磷比正常树高,而叶绿素计读数(SPAD值)、活性铁、全铁、全N、全K、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性比正常树低,4个取样时期樟树黄化从轻到重顺序依次为2007-08、2007-06、2007-03和2006-10,全磷与活性铁之间表现为拮抗作用,其余营养元素与活性铁之间表现为增效作用。据樟树缺铁黄化叶片营养状况年周期变化规律提出施肥建议,为预防和治理樟树黄化提供新的依据。
The annual variation of nutritional status of yellow and normal camphor leaves in calcareous soils of north bank of Qiantang River in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province was studied. The results showed that the total phosphorus content of C. camphorata leaves was higher than that of normal trees, while chlorophyll meter readings (SPAD value) The activity of iron, total iron, total N, total K, catalase and peroxidase were lower than those of normal trees. The sequence of light yellowing to yellowing of camphor under four sampling periods was 2007-08, 2007-06, 2007 -03 and 2006-10, between the total phosphorus and iron showed antagonistic activity, the rest of the nutrients and iron showed synergistic effect between. According to the annual variation of nutritional status of iron deficiency and yellowing camphor trees, the paper put forward fertilization recommendations and provide a new basis for the prevention and control of camphor tree yellowing.
