在企业经济管理中成本控制是极其重要的组成部分,是构成企业财务制度的重要方式与手段,对促进我国企业经营管理水平、完善我国企业管理制度起到了至关重要的作用。而企业财务成本控制系统的构建,不仅可以为企业减少成本,并且也是促进企业可持续发展的关键因素。鉴于此,从企业实施财务成本控制的重要性出发,对构建企业财务成本控制系统进行分析与探究。
