目的:探讨桃仁红花煎对寒凝血瘀证模型大鼠血小板聚集及食饵性高脂血症兔血液流变学的影响。方法:采用盐酸肾上腺素和冰水刺激复制大鼠急性寒凝血瘀证模型,以阿司匹林为阳性对照,研究桃仁红花煎对二磷酸腺苷(adenosine diphosphate,ADP)和花生四烯酸(arachidonic acid,AA)诱导血小板最大聚集率的影响;采用高脂饲料喂养方法建立新西兰兔高脂血症模型,以阿司匹林为阳性对照,观察桃仁红花煎对高脂血症实验兔血液流变学的影响。结果:桃仁红花煎可显著抑制ADP和AA诱导的寒凝血瘀模型大鼠血小板聚集,对高脂血症兔的血液流变有显著改善作用。结论:桃仁红花煎有明显的抗ADP和AA诱导的血小板聚集的作用,并具有良好的改善血液流变状态的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of peach and safflower decoction on the platelet aggregation in rats with cold-coagulation and blood-stasis syndrome and the hemorheology in rabbits with preeclampsia. Methods: Acute cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome model was induced by epinephrine hydrochloride and ice water, aspirin was used as a positive control to study the effect of peach and safflower on the expression of adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and arachidonic acid , AA). The model of hyperlipidemia in New Zealand rabbits was established by high-fat diet feeding. Aspirin was used as positive control to observe the effect of peach safflower on the hemorrheology in hyperlipidemic rabbits . Results: Peach seed safflower can significantly inhibit platelet aggregation induced by ADP and AA in the model of cold coagulation and blood stasis, and significantly improve the blood rheology of hyperlipemia rabbits. CONCLUSION: Peach kernel safflower has significant anti-ADP and AA-induced platelet aggregation effects and has a good effect on improving blood rheology.
