中药骨碎补水煎液对间充质干细胞成骨分化的作用

目的:探讨中药骨碎补水煎液对脐带血来源的间充质干细胞成骨分化的作用。方法:脐带血干细胞进行基础成骨分化培养后,以0.5mg/ml的骨碎补进一步诱导,检测细胞外液的碱性磷酸酶含量。结果:基础成骨诱导组和骨碎补组诱导成骨10d后,碱性磷酸酶含量较对照组显著增加,虽骨碎补组碱性磷酸酶均数高于基础成骨组,但是差别无统计学意义。结论:骨碎补未起到显著的促骨化作用,可能与本所用的骨碎补浓度较低(0.5mg/ml)有关,也可能骨碎补本身对干细胞成骨无直接作用有关。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Dried Decoction of Rhizoma Drynariae on the osteogenic differentiation of umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells. Methods: Umbilical cord blood stem cells were cultured and differentiated into osteoblasts, and then induced with 0.5mg / ml Osteoporosis. The content of alkaline phosphatase in extracellular fluid was measured. Results: After osteogenic induction for 10 days, the content of alkaline phosphatase in the basic osteogenic induction group and the nbr group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Although the average number of alkaline phosphatase in the osteogenic nodular group was higher than that in the basic osteogenic group, the difference was not significant Statistical significance. CONCLUSION: Drynaria does not play a significant role in promoting ossification, which may be related to the low concentration of Osteoporosis used in this study (0.5mg / ml). It may also be that Osteoporosis itself has no direct effect on the osteogenesis of stem cells.
