作者对50例经活检证实的颅内脑膜瘤病人(男10例,女40例,年龄27~79岁)行MRI检查。MR场强1.5T、自旋回波序列。质子密度和T_2加权象的脉冲重复间隔时间为2500或3000m s,回波时间为15或22/90m s。按Russell和Rubinstein分型方案,把脑膜瘤分为成纤维细胞型(F)、移行型(T)、合体细胞型(S)、成血管细胞型(A)、成纤维细胞和合体细胞混合型(F/S)及间变细胞型(Ap)脑膜瘤。沙粒样脑膜瘤(P)为移行细胞型脑膜瘤的亚型,血管外皮细胞型脑膜瘤(H)为成血管细胞型脑膜瘤的亚型。请两名放射科医师不
The author of 50 cases of biopsy confirmed intracranial meningioma patients (10 males and 40 females, aged 27 to 79 years) underwent MRI examination. MR field strength 1.5T, spin echo sequence. The pulse repetition time of the proton density and T_2 weighted image is 2500 or 3000 m s and the echo time is 15 or 22/90 m s. Meningiomas were divided into fibroblast type (F), transitional type (T), syncytial cell type (S), hemangioblasts type (A), fibroblasts and syncytial cell mixed type according to the Russell and Rubinstein classification schemes (F / S) and mesenchymal (Ap) meningiomas.
