以黄瓜“绿优四号”品种为试材,研究了不同浓度(0、5、10、15、20、25、30mg/L)的离子液体1-己基-3-甲基咪唑溴化盐([C6mim]Br)对其种子萌发、幼苗形态和叶片生理生化的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的离子液体[C6mim]Br均不同程度地降低了黄瓜种子的发芽率和发芽势,减小了幼苗的根长和茎长,使幼苗叶片中脯氨酸(Pro)和叶绿素(Chl)含量下降,并且上述抑制效应具有典型的剂量依赖性特点;随着离子液体[C6mim]Br浓度的升高,黄瓜幼苗叶片中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活力均先升后降,而超氧阴离子自由基(O·2)产生速率和丙二醛(MDA)含量则与保护酶活力呈相呼应的先降后升变化;低浓度的离子液体[C6mim]Br可启动保护酶系统的应激保护反应,在一定程度上缓解离子液体[C6mim]Br的毒害作用,但是其调节能力有限,当离子液体浓度>15mg/L时,随着其浓度的升高,保护酶的活力下降加剧。

The low concentration of ionic liquid [C6mim] Br can activate the stress protection reaction of the protective enzyme system to a certain extent to alleviate the poisoning effect of ionic liquid [C6mim] Br, but its regulation ability is limited. When ionic liquid concentration> 15mg / L, Of the increase, the decline of the vitality of protective enzymes exacerbated.
