我是1985年兼任市职工思想政治工作研究会会长的。开始时,曾一度觉得这是一项挂个名的闲差事。但经过几年的实践,现在觉得这种想法实在是不符合实际的。研究会的工作是一项十分重要的工作,它和我在市委分管的宣传教育与思想理论工作是密不可分的,也是不可缺少的,而且大大地促进和丰富了我的工作,从而使我越发热爱并离不开这项工作了。
