近年来,伴随着我国社会经济的快速发展,我国建筑行业得到快速发展,建筑企业财务管理也呈现出迅猛的发展趋势。但是从整体角度分析,建筑企业财务管理发展水平要低于建筑技术,并且也受到诸多因素的影响,导致财务管理问题层出不穷。本文主要分析现阶段我国建筑企业财务管理所存在的问题,并针对性的提出相关建议与措施,期望能够为同行认识提供理论基础。
In recent years, along with the rapid social and economic development of our country, the construction industry in our country has developed rapidly, and the financial management of construction enterprises has also shown a rapid development trend. However, from an overall perspective, the level of financial management in construction enterprises is lower than that of building technology, and is also affected by many factors, resulting in an endless stream of financial management problems. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the financial management of China’s construction enterprises, and puts forward relevant suggestions and measures pertinently, expecting to provide a theoretical basis for peer understanding.
