经皮选择性冠状动脉电影造影(简称“选择性冠脉造影”)是诊断冠状动脉疾病的重要手段,借以了解冠状动脉病变部位、严重程度,对于冠状动脉粥栏硬化性心脏病具有很大的诊断价值(阳性率高达99%).我院于1990年3月29日对一例拟诊冠心病病人成功地进行了选择性冠脉造影,使其最后明确了诊断.现报道如下:
