临床常用的主要有毒毛旋花子甙K,Strophan——tus kombe和毒毛旋花子甙G,Strophantus gratus,其性貭都不稳定,口服吸收不規則,皮下或肌肉注射刺激性較大,故多靜脉給葯。靜脉注射2～5分鈡卽出現作用,1～2时达最高峯,維持10～12小时,1～2天由腎脏排泄完毕,无蓄积作用。一、作用:对心脏的作用基本上和洋地黄甙类相似。其特点为:(1)兴奋心肌加强心肌收縮力最强最快。(2)对迷走神經兴奋及抑制竇房結的作用較弱,故減慢心
