本文给出了IHIR636摆式飞剪(以下简称IHI飞剪)的剪切定尺L与同调盘两回转中心的距离(偏心距)b之间关系的计算方法。用该方法计算出的L—b关系能够满足给定的剪切工艺要求,亦即能满足限定的拉钢量。文中还给出了计算结果。结果表明武钢目前使用的该型飞剪产生“拉剪”现象是因为原设计所确定的L—b关系不合理所造成的。
This paper gives the calculation method of the relationship between the shear length L of the IHIR636 tilting flying shear (hereinafter referred to as IHI flying shear) and the distance (eccentricity) b between two swivel centers of the isometric disk. The L-b relationship calculated by this method can satisfy the given requirements of the shearing process, that is, it can satisfy the limited amount of the drawn steel. The article also gives the calculation results. The results show that this type of flying shear currently used by WISCO has “pull-shear” phenomenon caused by the unreasonable L-b relationship determined by the original design.
