目的:探讨X线对口腔上皮细胞抗白色念珠菌感染能力的影响。方法:采用不同剂量(1、3、5、7、9 Gy)的X线处理口腔上皮细胞,MTT法检测口腔上皮细胞的活性变化,制霉菌素法和荧光白染色技术检测侵染率、粘附率的变化。结果:MTT结果表明,随着X线剂量的增加口腔上皮细胞的活性逐渐降低(P<0.05);与正常对照组比较,白色念珠菌对9 Gy X线预处理组的口腔上皮细胞的侵染率显著降低(P<0.05);与正常对照组比较,白色念珠菌对9 Gy X线预处理组的口腔上皮细胞的粘附率显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:随着X线照射剂量的增加,口腔上皮细胞活性逐渐降低,照射剂量为5 Gy时,口腔上皮细胞活性显著下降(P<0.05);X线照射口腔上皮细胞后对其抗白色念珠菌感染能力有显著影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of X-ray on the ability of oral epithelial cells to infect Candida albicans. Methods: The oral epithelial cells were treated with X-ray of different doses (1, 3, 5, 7, 9 Gy), the activity of oral epithelial cells was detected by MTT assay, the infection rate was detected by nystatin method and fluorescent white staining Change in attachment rate. Results: The results of MTT showed that the activity of oral epithelial cells gradually decreased with the increase of X-ray dose (P <0.05). Candida albicans infection of oral epithelial cells in 9 Gy X-ray pretreatment group compared with the normal control group (P <0.05). Compared with the normal control group, Candida albicans adhesion rate of oral epithelial cells in 9 Gy X-ray pretreatment group was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusions: The activity of oral epithelial cells decreased with the increase of dose of X-ray. The activity of oral epithelial cells decreased significantly (P <0.05) at irradiation dose of 5 Gy. After X-ray irradiation of oral epithelial cells against Candida albicans Infection ability has a significant effect.
