通过室内外实验,对不同气温条件下掺NA-F2(B)的高强混凝土可施工性和力学强度进行了初步研究。结果说明,新型高效泵送剂NA-F2(B)适用于5~32℃条件下高扬程高强混凝土的泵送施工,坍落度损失小(1h≤5%),强度保证率高。在江阴长江大桥南塔高强予应力混凝土以及承台大体积混凝土中的成功应用,表明掺高效泵送剂NA-F2(B)高强混凝土的可泵性、增强效果均满足设计要求,对减少大体积早期温度应力,提高自身抗裂性是有利的。
Through indoor and outdoor experiments, a preliminary study was conducted on the workability and mechanical strength of high-strength concrete containing NA-F2 (B) at different air temperatures. The results show that the new high-efficiency pumping agent NA-F2 (B) is suitable for the pumping construction of high-lift high-strength concrete under the condition of 5~32°C, with small slump loss (1h ≤ 5%) and high strength guarantee rate. The successful application of high-strength prestressed concrete in the southern tower of the Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge and the large-volume concrete of the platform shows that the pumpability and reinforcement effect of the high-strength concrete with high-efficiency pumping agent NA-F2(B) all meet the design requirements and reduce the volume. Early temperature stress and improved crack resistance are beneficial.
