1997年11月17日至20日省国税局在安阳召开了全省国税系统“两个转移”工作会议。参加会议的有各市、地、省直属分局的局长、征管科长、稽查科长、教育科长、信息中心主任、办公室主任及部分县、市(区)局长近200人。会议的主要议题是贯彻落实国家税务总局“两个转移”工作会议精神,结合河南实际进一步把全省国税工作的“两个转移”引向深入。会议分析了我省国税工作重心向征管转移和向基层转移所面临的形势和任务,提出了在税收征管上应强化税务稽查,加强税源控管,大力推进税收征管改革;在基层建设上要强化管理,积极全面开展“一创三优”活动,以此推动全省国税系统“两个转移”工作向纵深发展。
From November 17 to November 20, 1997, the provincial IRS held a “two-shift” working conference of the province’s tax system in Anyang.
