目的探讨葱白提取物对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌组织病理及H_2S的影响。方法采用结扎冠状动脉制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,以心肌组织形态学及内源性H_2S为观察指标,观察葱白提取物对大鼠急性心肌缺血的改善作用。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组H_2S水平明显降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各治疗组H_2S水平显著升高(P<0.01)。结论葱白提取物具有良好的抗大鼠冠脉结扎所致的急性心肌缺血作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of extract of scutellaria on myocardial histopathology and H 2 S in acute myocardial ischemia rats. Methods The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia was established by ligation of coronary artery. The myocardial histomorphology and endogenous H 2 S were used as the observation indexes to observe the effect of the extract of Allium scoparia on acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Results Compared with the normal control group, the level of H 2 S in the model group was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the H 2 S level in each treatment group was significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion Scallion extract has a good anti-acute myocardial ischemia induced by coronary ligation in rats.
