随着我国住房制度改革的不断深入,房地产行业面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。在过去的10年内,房地产行业的发展成为拉动我国经济高速发展的一个重要因素,但是,随着金融危机席卷全球,房地产行业也面临着巨大的风险,如何有效、正确的评价房地产投资中的风险成为众多学者关注的问题。本文从模糊数学的基本理论出发,阐述了模糊综合分析在房地产投资风险评价中的应用。
With the deepening of China’s housing reform, the real estate industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Become a concern of many scholars. Based on the basic theory of fuzzy mathematics, this paper expounds the application of fuzzy comprehensive analysis in the real estate investment risk assessment.
