随着各国家交流和合作的日益广泛和深入,社会对多元文化外语复合型人才的需求越来越迫切。因此,培养这类复合型人才已成为高校培养人才的方向和目标。本文以此为切入点,首先提出培养多元文化外语复合型人才的必要性,然后详细阐述这类人才应具备的基本素质,最后从明确培养目标、创立培养模式、建构课程设置、提高师资队伍水平和建立国际交流和合作机制等五个方面论述了高校培养此类复合型人才途径的问题。
