螺旋CT三维重建对上颈椎损伤的临床应用价值

目的为探讨螺旋CT三维成像(MPR,SSD)在上颈椎损伤中的临床应用价值。方法应用螺旋CT对33例上颈椎管损伤的患者行薄层容积扫描,采用合适的重建参数及阈值在工作站上进行三维重建,多角度、多层面拍片。结果三维重建图像能清晰评价颈椎骨折移位、椎间稳定、椎管形态情况,并可提供病变的逼真立体图像,为术前手术方案制订及预后评估提供丰富的影像信息。结论螺旋CT结合三维重建检查是诊断寰枢椎损伤的首选方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of spiral CT three-dimensional imaging (MPR, SSD) in the treatment of upper cervical spine injury. Methods Thirty-three patients with upper cervical spinal canal injury were scanned by thin-section volume with spiral CT. Three-dimensional reconstruction, multi-angle and multi-slice filming were performed on the workstation with appropriate reconstruction parameters and thresholds. Results Three-dimensional reconstruction images can clearly evaluate cervical fracture displacement, intervertebral stability and spinal canal morphology, and provide realistic three-dimensional images of the lesion, providing abundant imaging information for preoperative surgical planning and prognosis evaluation. Conclusion Spiral CT combined with three-dimensional reconstruction examination is the preferred method of diagnosis of atlantoaxial injury.
