<正> 随着全面质量管理的深入开展,工序能力的概念在企业生产管理中得到了广泛的应用。本文的目的在于把工序能力的概念引入工厂设计的备品率计算中去,使其更具有科学性。 1.问题的提出在工厂工艺设计中,备品率的确定主要依据设计厂或同类厂的现行情况加以估计而定,存在着误差大,缺少理论依据等缺陷。为准确地计算备品率,依据设计工艺进行工序能力调查,获得第一手资料,比较水平,暴露问题,采取措施,这不失为一种提高设计质量的有效手段。
