目的:对石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定明胶空心胶囊中铬的含量进行不确定度分析,从而找出影响不确定度的因素,为评价检测报告提供科学依据。方法:用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定明胶空心胶囊中铬的含量,并根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059-1999)有关规定分析不确定度的来源,利用回归方程进行不确定度的评定。结果:明胶空心胶囊中铬的含量为0.843μg·g~(-1),扩展不确定度为0.045μg·g~(-1)(包含因子k=2)。结论:不确定度主要由标准曲线拟合及标准液的配制所引入。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the uncertainty of chromium content in gelatin hollow capsules by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry to find the factors that affect the uncertainty and provide a scientific basis for evaluating the test report. Methods: The contents of chromium in gelatin hollow capsules were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The sources of the uncertainty were analyzed according to the relevant provisions of “Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement” (JJF1059-1999), and the regression equation was used to determine the uncertainty Degree of assessment. Results: The content of chromium in gelatin hollow capsules was 0.843 μg · g -1, with an extended uncertainty of 0.045 μg · g -1 (including factor k = 2). Conclusion: The uncertainty is mainly introduced by the standard curve fitting and standard solution preparation.
