目的研究蛹虫草基质多糖(Cordyceps militaris stroma polysaccharides,CMSP)对酒精所致雄性小鼠亚急性肝损伤的影响。方法雄性ICR小鼠被随机分为空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照组[150mg/(kg·d)]、CMSP各剂量组[150、300、600mg/(kg·d)]。除空白对照组外,其余各剂量组分别在灌胃蒸馏水、CMSP及联苯双酯后6h灌胃30%体积分数的乙醇溶液,连续灌胃28d。处死所有小鼠,测定血浆中葡萄糖(glucose,GLU)含量、总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)含量、谷丙转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)活性、谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)活性、碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)活性、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)含量、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,CHOL)含量以及乳酸脱氢酶(lactic acid dehydrogenase,LDH)活性,取肝脏计算其指数,并制备肝匀浆测定其中乙醇脱氢酶(alcohol dehydrogenase,ADH)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活力、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)和还原型谷胱甘肽(glutathione transferase,GSH)的含量,并观察肝组织病理学变化。结果 CMSP各剂量组肝脏系数、血浆中GLU、TBIL、TG、CHOL含量、ALT、AST、ALP、LDH活性及肝组织中ADH、GSH-Px活力、MDA、GSH含量与模型组各水平相比均具有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论蛹虫草基质多糖对酒精诱导的小鼠亚急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Cordyceps militaris stroma polysaccharides (CMSP) on subacute liver injury in alcohol-induced male mice. Methods Male ICR mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, positive control group [150mg / (kg · d)], CMSP each dose group [150,300,600mg / (kg · d)]. Except for the blank control group, the remaining dose groups were given gavage with distilled water, CMSP and bifendate 30% ethanol solution at 6 hours after gavage for 28 days. Conclusion Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide has obvious protective effect on alcohol-induced subacute liver injury in mice.
