目的:分析老年人牙列缺损及牙列缺失的修复治疗方法及治疗效果。方法:以2016年3月至2017年4月本院口腔科收治的280例牙列缺损及牙列缺失老年患者为本次研究对象,260例患者平均分成治疗组和对照组两组,对照组患者采用固定于义齿修复法治疗,治疗组采用活动义齿修复法治疗,治疗结束后,对两组患者的治疗效果作比较。结果:治疗组患者治疗的有效率为96.4%,对照组患者治疗的有效率为82.9%,两组患者修复治疗疗效比较,存在差异,有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:活动义齿治疗老年人牙列缺损及牙列缺失效果好,能够有效地修复压裂缺损及压裂却是,促进患者咀嚼功能的恢复。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the methods of restoration and treatment of dentition defect and dentition defect in the elderly. Methods: From March 2016 to April 2017, 280 elderly patients with dentition defect and dentition defect admitted to our hospital were selected as the object of this study. 260 patients were equally divided into treatment group and control group.
