目的:研究重楼克感滴丸对流感病毒FM1感染小鼠的保护作用及作用机制。方法:将小鼠分为空白对照组、模型组、利巴韦林组及重楼克感滴丸大、中、小剂量组,观察小鼠行为状态、死亡率、肺指数及肺指数抑制百分率。结果:重楼克感滴丸各剂量组有明显改善流感病毒FM1感染小鼠行为状态的作用;重楼克感滴丸中、小剂量组与模型组比较,死亡率显著降低(P<0.01);重楼克感滴丸大、中、小剂量组均能显著降低流感病毒FM1感染小鼠模型的肺指数(P<0.01)。结论:重楼克感滴丸中、小剂量组对流感病毒FM1感染小鼠具有明显保护作用,其作用机制与重楼克感滴丸能显著抑制病毒在体内的增殖、减轻肺部炎性病变有关。
Objective: To study the protective effect and mechanism of Zhonghuo Ke Ke Di Pill on influenza virus FM1 infected mice. Methods: The mice were divided into blank control group, model group, ribavirin group and Chongloukendi dripping pills in large, medium and small dose groups. The behavioral status, mortality, lung index and percent inhibition of lung index were observed. Results: The Chongfu Keqi Dripping Pills group significantly improved the behavioral status of influenza virus FM1 infected mice. The mortality of Chongfu Keqi Dripping Pill group was significantly lower than that of the model group (P <0.01) (P <0.01). The lung index (P <0.01) of the model group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: Zhonghuoluqi Dropping Pills can effectively protect the mice infected with influenza virus FM1. The mechanism of action and Zhonghuolu pills can significantly inhibit the proliferation of the virus in vivo and reduce the inflammatory lesions in the lungs related.
