目的研究白刺花的花中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、SephadexLH-20柱色谱分离纯化,用IR、NMR、MS方法鉴定结构。结果从体积分数75%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分得到7个化合物,其结果鉴定为染料木素(1),5-羟基-7,3′,4′-三甲氧基-二氢黄酮(2),5,4′-二羟基-7,3′-二甲氧基-二氢黄酮(3),三叶豆紫檀苷(4),齐墩果酸-28-O-β-吡喃糖葡萄糖苷(5),β-谷甾醇(6),胡萝卜苷(7);从正丁醇部分得到2个化合物,其结构鉴定为槐果碱(8),9α-羟基槐果碱(9)。结论化合物1~7均为首次从该种植物分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the flowers of Nitraria. Methods Silica gel was separated and purified by Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures were identified by IR, NMR and MS methods. Results Seven compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate fraction of 75% by volume ethanol extract and the results were identified as genistein (1), 5-hydroxy-7,3 ’, 4’-trimethoxy-flavanone (2), 5,4’-dihydroxy-7,3’-dimethoxy-flavanone (3), trilobatintriol (4), oleanolic acid-28-O- (5), β-sitosterol (6) and daucosterol (7). Two compounds were obtained from the n-butanol moiety and the structures were identified as sophocarpine (8), 9α-hydroxy sophocarpine 9). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
