在电力市场的环境下,对于发电企业来说,努力取得市场优势地位的一个重要因素是含有较高的科技竞争力。因此,发电企业在制定发展战略目标时,需要着重考虑制定科技战略发展规划,对于科技战略发展规划保障中一个重要的因素是对规划目标实施科学的绩效考核。因此,本文针对发电企业的特点出发,首先对发电企业科技人力资源绩效考核发展的历程进行了分析,指出了发电企业科技人力资源当前存在的问题,结合相关理论对考核模式进行了分析,从而给出相应的建议,为发电企业的科技发展目标实现提供借鉴。
In the power market environment, for power generation companies, an important factor in their efforts to gain market dominance is the high technological competitiveness. Therefore, when formulating the development strategy goals, the power generation enterprises need to give more consideration to formulating the strategic development plan for science and technology. An important factor in guaranteeing the development of science and technology strategy plans is to implement a scientific performance appraisal on the planned goals. Therefore, starting from the characteristics of power generation enterprises, this paper first analyzes the course of development of science and technology human resources performance evaluation of power generation enterprises, points out the current problems of science and technology human resources in power generation enterprises, and analyzes the assessment modes based on relevant theories, The corresponding suggestions for the power generation enterprises to achieve scientific and technological development goals to provide reference.
